Program Eligibility / Requirements

To be considered for admission in to the Regular MD program, the applicant must have a Bachelor's Degree or must have completed a minimum of two (02) academic years or 90 credit hours of under-graduate studies at college level.

In addition to any Social Sciences or Humanities course, the applicant must have successfully completed the Core Pre-Medical Pre-requisite subject materials with a minimum grade of "C".

Undergraduate level Core Pre-requisite subjects for the Regular MD Program includes;

• One academic year or 08 credit hours of General Biology
• One academic year or 08 credit hours of Inorganic Chemistry
• One academic year or 08 credit hours of Organic Chemistry
• One academic year or 08 credit hours of Physics
• One academic year or 08 credit hours of Mathematics
• One academic year or 08 credit hours of English

Note: Students from outside of CARICOM region, UK, United States or Canada MUST submit a course-by-course description with an Official English Transcript or World Education Services (WES) evaluation.
